    Conditions for returns and exchanges

    • Please do not return your goods freight collect or uninsured, if this is the case we will have to charge you for the costs.
    • Only goods that have been tried on for a size test can be returned. Worn or washed goods cannot be returned or exchanged. The goods must be properly packed.
    • If possible, please use our shipping carton for returns.
    • Returns must be sent separately and cannot be bundled.
    • The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
